"Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company."

"Super clean room, great communication from the owner. Very secure with secure parking if needed. Plenty of places within 2 minutes for Breakfast. Nice touches with complimentary snacks and water. "

"I stay at Days Inn, Telford whenever I visit (usually annually). The location is convenient with excellent parking. The reception are professional and friendly. Accommodation is basic, but adequate for a short stay. Shifnal village has plenty of places to eat and Starbucks is on site for breakfast. There is also a microwave to heat up anything bought at Waitrose."

"It's very close to some of the Iron bridge attractions, close to the river Severn, and within fairly easy walking distance to the town centre. The room we had was a family room, so more than big enough for us. There was no air conditioning, but a large ceiling fan kept the room cool . Food in the restaurant was excellent. "

"Lovely staff, amazing their kindness towards dogs staying and how clean it is.. The cleaner on Sunday morning, very hard working and considered the dogs when using the vacuum cleaner and asked me if it was ok. Lovely place, definitely visit again "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .Room 66 was ideal and would ask to stay there again.We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and sevice was very good .Our only criticism is we could not get the shower to work ,the water was barely warm and the valve to turn it up was not working.We have mentioned it to reception and hope if we stay again it will be fixed."
