"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."

"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. "As soon as I walked into my room the strong smell of cleaning materials filled my nostrils. Other travelers coming and going at all hours. At 1:30 am a constant barking of a dog from next door room. Impossible sleep . Also, laughter and loud conversation from the same room. That lasted until 4:30 am. They had total disrespect for other travelers. I might of had two hours of sleep. I checked out promptly at 7:00 am. I do not recommend this hotel . I would not stay there again ."

"When we arrived and were assigned our room there was an unusual smell and we believed it was coming from the AC unit. We originally thought is was temporary but unfortunately after 30 minutes the smell was still quite overwhelming. We had taken our concerns to the front desk. They were genuinely concerned for us; profusely apologized and instantly assigned a new room to us. My family and I decided if we were going to return in the future to visit our relatives, this would be the hotel for us....
