"The room was clean, AC worked properly, the kitchenet was convenient. This place offers great breakfast options, friendly staff assists with breakfast and all over the place. If we'll travel to Lansing again, we will stay there for sure."

"The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."

"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome. But not only were the rooms amazingly...

"The pool had no towel , you can only get 4 towels a day they tv doesn’t work , the staff will follow you ariubd the property , then lick you out after you bring up the problems"

"They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid."

"I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it"

"As soon as I walked into my room the strong smell of cleaning materials filled my nostrils. Other travelers coming and going at all hours. At 1:30 am a constant barking of a dog from next door room. Impossible sleep . Also, laughter and loud conversation from the same room. That lasted until 4:30 am. They had total disrespect for other travelers. I might of had two hours of sleep. I checked out promptly at 7:00 am. I do not recommend this hotel . I would not stay there again ."

"Room was pretty clean, but there was some unemptied trash from a previous guest, and the coffee area was stained where someone had a spill. But other than that, it was good."

"Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience."

"Our floors in both rooms were wet and deteriorating. When we stepped in to the bathroom, water poured out from the bottom of tub. There seemed that people “lived” here and our rooms seemed like smoke and weed."
