"The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean. The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay."

"The hotel was extremely busy, there was really loud fireworks later in the evening which really disturbed my younger daughters sleep. Also the room in proximity doors were banging close so overall a very noisy hotel. An expensive stay for a noisy hotel"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning in my hotel room was not working, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I sent a message to report the issue, but although it was delivered, it was never acknowledged or responded to. Earlier that evening, I also informed the receptionist about the problem. I was simply told that there was no maintenance staff available, and no alternative solution or assistance was offered. While there was a fan in the room, it was only blowing hot...

"Good basic accommodation at reasonable value. Not a modern property, bathrooms somewhat dated, bed a little creaky, but all the basics you need and good space in the room. Nothing chargeable to your room (?) Eg adding breakfast or a drink at the bar pay at the time, but no cash taken. Satisfactory, without being special in any way."
