"they offer apartments with service in a super nice area of the city, and you can get anywhere from there. The lady at the reception was super helpful and kind, she explained everything, helped with parking (they offer parking lots in 3 mins walk from the entrance). Our apartment had a kitchen equipped with everything needed, so we could even cook there. Great place to stay in"

"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

"Very nice hotel in excellent area, breakfast was exceptional…not great if you are a light sleeper as there is a main road, tram lines & train tracks right outside so a bit noisy…. we had an evening flight but when we asked if there was a room for changing were only offered the toilets in the reception area which was disappointing .."

"Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Top notch staffs especially staffs at the breakfast room were amazing. They accommodated all of my requests with smiles. The quality of breakfast was excellent. It made my stay very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean equipped with all the amenities I needed. I would like to thank staffs for their amazing services and hospitality. I would definitely stay in this hotel again."

"The reception staff, especially Veronica, was most helpful and informative. When we arrived we had just learned that our tour operator for visiting Auschwitz had moved our meeting time for departure to 5:40 a.m. from 9 a.m. Veronica offered to have a take-away breakfast available for us to take with us at 5 a.m. The property is at a prime location near old Town Krakow and also Tram lines for transport throughout the town."

"Small no frills hotel. Immaculately clean and bedrooms very comfy. Excellent breakfast with good choice of hot and continental. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby . 15 mins walk into old town- 10 mins to castle and river."

Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!) "Very soft bed, not comfortable. I’ve ordered a double bed but it was more like two single beds joined together. Duvets kids size. No ironing facilities in the room, none were available via reception despite numerous requests."

"A lovely, well maintained & well priced hotel, perfectly situated in the middle of the Old Town. The staff were exceedingly friendly & helpful, happily organising airport transfers & excursions to nearby sites. Breakfast was excellent too. I would highly recommend staying here."
