All staff were friendly and spoke very good English, would highly recommend, would actually give 4.5 stars if able to"

To say the only thing I found not to be the best are the soap dispensers (need a little strength to get it out) says it all! Located at the Jewish quarter, close to city centre, this hotel is a fantastic choice! I'm totally recommending it to some friends that are planning to visit Kraków."

"This hotel is amazing. The rooms are lovely, very cool decor. Even though they are smaller rooms the set up and amenities are excellent. There is sound from the TV in the bedroom and bathroom. So you can listen to the news while brushing your teeth. The spa is stunning, and so relaxing. Gym so quiet and has everything you need. "

"Die Zimmer sehen so aus wie auf den Fotos. Einige Dinge funktionieren nicht mehr richtig, schade. Der Toaster ging nicht, die Schublade fiel heraus, die Dusche mässig. Schade... Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr stylish, was uns sehr gut gefiel. Sehr hellhörig, laute Musik von unten (Bar) etwas mühsam, man hört alles vom Treppenhaus. Alles in allem dennoch sehr toll gemacht. "

"Bar was available if you spoke to staff - weather was cold so they sat in reception and would assist if you wanted a drink. There are a couple of Zabkas in the old town, The Forum is close by and has a food court. There's also an excellent restaurant on a boat a 2 minute walk away. "

"Unfortunately I was given room 101 which is a small ground floor room, opposite the entrance and close to the elevator. Given its location the room was stuffy and noisy. Looked out into a blank wall courtyard which is a terrace in the summer so probably even less privacy (luckily it was winter so closed but still got to see the furniture) Smells from the kitchen were throughout the corridor to the room and often inside the room. The room was fine, very small and ok for single person but...
