All queen rooms will be completely renovated by mid October.We are so lucky to live in an area that has so many facilities for our visitors, the Marina, Diving with Shellharbour Dive, Whale and other cruises out of the marina, Bass Pint, The Farm, close to Kiama and Wollongong, The escarpment, Waterfalls, bushwalking, The Hars Air Museum.We hope to see you on your next visit to our little piece of paradise.

Hi Anita,Thank you for your very kind words. You will be pleased to hear that all our queen rooms, 1 Family Suite and 1 Family room will all be completely renovated by mid Oct. All the Bathtubs will be no more. Spa Suites will retain the tubs however these are all upstairs.We look forward to your next visit with us.

We appreciate all guest feedback and take your comments seriously.The house keeping staff have been advised regarding the dusting issue and have been advised they are to ensure that all tasks are completed.Unfortunately regarding the spa bath, It is not dirty however has been damaged or marked. Weave someone coming to see if it can be repaired.The room you were in is a quiet room unfortunately we have no control over the weather event which visited most of the eastern seaboard during your stay. If you had spoken with the manager I am sure that they would have asked the people next to you to quieten their voices. We are more than happy to ask guests to use their inside voices.We do however apologise for any inconvenience this events caused you and are pleased that you otherwise enjoyed your stay.

Did you by any chance mention this to the staff while you were at the motel. on your departure day we found that the antenna was disconnected from the TV.Regardless of that we are sorry that that this happened to you and have added an extra procedure to the house keepers "to do list".Thank you for choosing us to stay with.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We don't quite understand your comment regarding "noisy at night" as your room is away from the road..Perhaps it may have been the ppl above you. We do have a quiet time from 10 pm and unless someone tells us about noise we are unable to ask them to respect other guests quiet time.Thank you for choosing to stay with us
