Good basic motel accommodation and very friendly staff. Having small containers of shampoo and conditioner would have been good.

Recommend for overnight or a couple of nights. Only negative was the mattress. Not very comfortable but would definately stay again

We were running late for check-in and the motel contacted us with an easy late check-in alternative which was most welcome. I would recommend this motel for easy access to shops, restaurants, sporting events etc. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was loud at night due to proximity of pubs clubs etc but you are aware of this when booking so hard to fault the business for this. great place if you are going out in the gong or want to be in walking distance

The staff were lovely and the property is secure from random people wandering through which is great as it is right next to several night clubs. That being said I am glad the car park was secure as I was woken several times during the night by the sound of people throwing up outside and it was nice to know that it wasn’t on my car. The room was VERY worn and dated but I was grateful for a place to sleep and a hot shower

The property location near the Arts Precinct and restaurants in Wollongong is great. Welcome at Reception was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable enough but basic with decor of the 1970s.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean but very poor condition and old. Stained carpets etc. fine for an overnight stay though.

Staff were lovely. Property needs to be demolished as its wayyyy past use by date. The ao called restaurants nearby become nightclubs and you will not be getting any sleep until past 0100 -0200 . I booked elsewhere for my last night just to get some sleep and did not request any compensation.

Hi Hassan sorry you felt like this i wish you told me about some off your issues when i spoke to you Sunday morning and I could have change your room or tried to figure out a solution. We do advertise that we are in the main street and what the other businesses do is out of our control..

So so
Given it is a 2 star, I was not expecting the ritz. Mattress was hard, light was not working near the bed, and was treated to a dead mini bug near the tv. Overall it had a great position though and I was only staying 1 night. In additikn the staff allowed a 1/2 hour extra on the checkout. It's passable but dont expect much!

I was able to request extra tea bags sugar milk which was absolutely no problem to staff...or extra towel etc. I was happy to not have my room not serviced 3 nights as a single occupant and actually loved sleepins so was undisturbed. I want to comment on the lovely soft white bedding sheets and slightly firm pillows...I always use my own satin pillowcase at motels for main pillow.

The motel was showing it's age, but having said that, the carpet was in good condition, beds were comfortable and staff were very obliging. TV was good, Netflix and Wi Fi was available. The bathroom and built in furniture was vintage 1960-70 but was clean. If you just want a place to stay for a few nights and aren't concerned about "newness" then its a great place to stay without having to mortgage the house to pay for it.
