"Room was very clean, bed very comfy, A/C was great, the hostess, Kimberly, was friendly and pleasant and gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and what to see. She’s a keeper. This is very close to downtown/waterfront without being right in middle of all the touristy stuff. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Our second visit here and can’t say enough good things about it. Beautifully maintained property with wonderful amenities. My favorite is the heated bathroom floors. They have drinks and mixers breakfast and coffee. TVs in the rooms, great WiFi access, individually controlled heat/ac. What a pleasure to stay here again in such a cool beautiful town. The leaves turning is just magical. The businesses and restaurants around Market St are all within walking distance. Great experience again and I highly recommend. "

"I always enjoy staying at the Stonefence. They are upgrading the pool area so that wasn't available to swim in, but the beautiful river was! I hope that opening the restaurant will work out for them (they were doing a "soft opening" during the stay). I loved my lunch out on the patio, reading my book and seeing the river."
