"Was given an accessible room so very low small sink, no shelf for products/my stuff, not the shower facilities I would normally want to have with a kind of wet room with curtain. Also had an adjoining room and the door between let a lot of noise through which wasn't great when they got up shortly after 5am and put loud rock music on as they were getting ready"

"I stayed here a few months ago and I had hoped it had improved, however if anything it was worse. The bathrooms are something out the 1970s, the bath was marked with limescale and in the first room I was given the bath plug was almost impossible to get out and the bath was chipped. In that room the window was stuck open about 20cm and despite the efforts of a maintenance man it would not close. "Not the best place to stay to be honest for me. Anyway there was a party on the day I arrived, the music was seriously loud,constantly deep thumping noise for about 6hrs. All wanted was to rest after a long journey, unable to relax because of it. Yes I know they advertise doing functions etc,but that was bad. "This hotel should not be listed on Expedia! This Hotel is being used to house Asylum seekers. It was filthy, the bedding was stained. There was loud music playing at 12:30am from a function happening in the property. There are no keys to the hotel rooms, they're on digital door codes - which made me feel very unsafe that anyone could get into the room if they had the same combination code. I did not feel safe at all. I did not stay at the hotel. I am now trying to get my refund from Expedia."
