Hotel has elevator, friendly staff, water in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, chorizo, ham, cereals, juices, milk, cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. I will definitely go back. 5 start property for me. :) "

"The property is in a great location, very near 2 Tube stops , loads of restaurants, shops and entrances to Kensington Park. This neighborhood is a little more quiet and posh than some of the others - ao its not Covent Gardens or Piccadilly, but those are just a hop away on the Tube or even a healthy walk. "Amazing friendly staff! Always willing to assist, help and accommodate. Location is amazing and perfect for a London visit or stay (Next to underground Shepherd's Bush Station and Westfield London). Highly recommend and would stay at W12 Rooms again."

"Stayed 3 nights..The twin room is a bit small but the cleanliness is superb.. an extra small chair/table would make it perfect.The area is close to grocery stores. Just be careful of your belongings when using the nearest underground."

The beds were comfortable, the entire property kept in great shape and very clean, and it was super convenient for getting to the airport as well as occupying ourselves while there. "I am very happy. I chose this hotel for my last night in London. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing in the morning. It was only about a seven minute walk to Victoria station where I was able to get the Gatwick express. "

"Stayed here before and was looking forward to eating in the restaurant, unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a private function, if I’d known before booking, I’d have chosen a different location. The function also meant there was a lot of noise into the evening "

"This house is very convenient to the airport. The check in by code and room lock by code works well. But you get what you pay for, my room had a bed and old deck nothing more. But having access to a kitchen is nice and there is a store on the same block. When I was there washer/dryer and dishwasher were both out of order. Easy to get to by cab or Uber. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it’s fine. I would not recommend for long term stay. "
