"What a property!! Everything about this property is fantastic! The decor, the cleanliness, the fixtures & fittings, the comfort of the furniture & beds, the crockery, etc etc is absolutely second to none! The location being right by the main street with all the cafes, pubs and restaurants is also fantastic and the access to a small, private outside space is also a bonus! I will without a doubt be booking this property again for my next visit to this part of the UK!"

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "The from of the building is very nice but the back down the very narrow entrance looks like an old nursing home or a once before block of flats. The lift needs updating. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was between 08:00 -10:00 yet the fried eggs looked like they had been out for hours."

"Booked online with breakfast got there and apparently it was not on the reservation, a man was sitting in reception who could hardly understand a word of English while I was trying to speak with him, utilities were broken in the room, hair dryer was not working was cold all night as the ac wouldn’t come on. I’m quite disappointed as my last visit here the place was Hilton double tree since that I believe the standards declined unfortunately the place was dusty, arriving to the hotel was a shock for me it smelled weird like damp and mold smell and the rooms where no better"

"The gentleman on reception who checked us in was really lovely and very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. Pillows were a bit too soft for our personal tastes and rooms could do with a kettle but otherwise very happy with our stay. Breakfast was nice also. Staff definitely stood out for us as being the best feature of this hotel!"
