"Staff was indifferent and outwardly helpful or friendly. The nicest and most helpful staff member was a guy who was helped with front desk and handled maintenance. I wish I had gotten his name. Breakfast offerings were okay, nothing great."

"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "Overall it was a good stay, staff was helpful although I had to wait for someone to come to the desk once or twice. There was a little ant issue; didn’t really bother me but someone else might care more. Also the breakfast lacked a little but it was free so you can make do! Other than that my stay was very good, lobby smelled amazing, it was convenient to the airport and Greensboro and would definitely stay again. Four star rating, would definitely recommend."

"There was junkies And crackheads running around if I did pay upfront I would not had stayed there I had got there late with my children. I was crime out of town and did not know. The security lock was broken on the door I had to move the refrigerator to secure the door. There were socks in the corner and stains on the sheets it was terrible. I will never ever ever stay there again people walked ABD cussed all night."

"We had a booked originally a different hotel about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely disgusting. We were able to book this one within 30 minutes and be there and check in with no issues! Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was also super helpful."
