"This is the cutest Victorian Inn. The concierge was super nice and we even got an invite to “social hour” with complimentary glass of wine or beer. If we didn’t move into town I would stay there every time we came to town. Oh and the cat that roams the place is adorable!"

"Not my 1st stay at this adorable and historical inn. Everything is quaint and authentic. Some minor improvements can be seen needed in different rooms. Especially in the bathrooms. The best free breakfast you’ll get anywhere! Also walking distance to multiple delicious restaurants."

"When we checked in we're told that breakfast was served in the following morning. We took that to mean breakfast was included with our reservation through Expedia. In the morning found out there was a cost for breakfast."

"We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Winston-Salem while visiting for a local tournament. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated. While some of the finishes weren’t perfect, they were still well done overall. The hotel seemed fully booked, so it did get a bit noisy at times, as sound carried through the walls and doors. "This property is horrible. I booked 2 rooms here for a last minute outting with friends. There were stains on the furniture, the toilet rocks enough to lift off the floor, the sink is stopped up, the smoke detector is covered with a grocery bag. And none of this even begins to explain the filth. I used a towel the wipe the surfaces and it was a brown dingy before I could finish. The bathtub had hair, some kind of pink and white residues, and buildup that was green and black. I am overly pissed...
