"Don't like the cash 'deposit' that complicates checkout (waiting for staff to inspect room for missing items). This was one of the better maintained 'less expensive' properties I've stayed in, and looked to be recently remodeled... but as with every other, the remodel was sloppy. Also a bit disappointed that there was no vent fan in the bathroom. Adding the Wyndham 'brand' doesn't make it anything other than a Super 8."

"The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She cursed at my partner in front of the manager with no consequence. We could not check into our room until 4:57pm and check in was 3pm. We were told by the manager check-in was not 3pm despite it being advertised in every room, Expedia, and the Hilton website. There was no accommodation made for the inconvenience. "The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at."

"We stayed here for the weekend for our daughter’s basketball tournament. This is probably the best hotel experience we’ve had in a while. The room was SO clean, the staff were SO nice and accommodating. Should we need to return, this will be our go to hotel!"

I am retired law enforcement and my step-son was lost his life because of marijuana so I do not tolerate it very well. "Booked a king bed room and was given double beds instead, talked to the staff about it 4 separate times to different people and nothing was done about it, very unsatisfying experience.
