"I liked the bedroom and the excellent breakfast. Also the position right by the station. I didn’t like that the hotel charged extra to hotel guests for using the pool, the general toilets were always locked and needed a code - which is quite ridiculous - and the coffee/creamer in our room wasn’t replaced. Overall we liked the hotel, despite these niggles."

"Check was smooth as we were early the receptionist came to let us know the room was ready while we played shuffleboard in the lobby area. Our room was spacious but had no ac, so fairly warm. The reception staff obliged by giving us free iced water to fill our bottle. The room was dark as the walls are painted dark. Which is a shame. "We had a lovely stay here. Until the metro is built, it’s a small work from the city centre, but has amenities near it including a nice taproom. Our room was wonderfully clean and spacious. No complaints at all!"

"This hotel is located in the train station, making it convenient. You must exit the station and enter the hotel from the outside entrance. The building has a glass like surrounding making temperature incredibly hot or cold depending on the temperature outside, not ideal."

"Good location. It is right opposite Heden Station. We took the short walk (about 1 km) from Central Station. Note that there is a short flight of steps to enter the hotel if you have heavy luggage’s like us. Staff were friendly, with cosy and clean room. Breakfast is basic but definitely a big plus for us. Overall, a great stay."
