"We use this hotel as it is conveniently placed to visit friends in Keynsham for a yearly reunion. The hotel has friendly helpful staff and the breakfast is always of a good standard. The parking is good, the room very clean. Just one observation was the blind in the bathroom in our room 10 could be better but not a big issue."

"My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at the Coach House, a quaint property in a peaceful village location but with easy access to both Bristol and Bath. The owner was incredibly welcoming and the property was immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. We have no hesitation in highly recommending the property and would happily stay here anytime we are in the area."

"The staff/place was lovely. Although we booked evening meal. We had a drink in the garden beforehand. The chef went home. So no supper. Thought someone would have come to inform us that kitchen would close soon The macerator was noisy but bearable for short stay. Breakfast lovely . Helen"

"Hotel is room was fair, however there were makeup stain on the dress gowns. Reception staff could have been better, as they weren't very helpful when we asked for directions to the hotel restaurant. The domestic staff- lady was very helpful & show is the staircase to get to it, when got a little lost."

"On arrival I was asked for my ID or credit card in the name I booked under. I purposely didn't bring any as I was in Bristol and there are certain cities I don't bring ID to - Bristol is one. I paid in advance to avoid needing to bring ID or the credit card. I had my booking number and email confirmation. I was told when checking in I needed evidence of my ID. "Great location. Super clean and upgraded facility. Plenty of space for 3 people. Excellent communication with the host. Packing garage was a challenge for our volvo station wagon but with stiff nerves and guts we did get it in with the outside mirrors closed 😥"
