"The room was cosey, quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. The shower screen was leaky but nothing a towel didn't mop up and the espresso cups were dirty but just cleaned them ourselves "

Accogliente sala per la colazione con Un gustoso Buffett e se scegliete la versione completa anche un ricco menù alla carta con piatti preparati caldi al momento. Personale gentile e disponibile. "We were given an upgraded room when our heater in the first room clearly didn’t work. Very comfortable bed "

"Great staff, even at an 11pm check in. All were super happy and welcoming and even offered to put the oven on to do me some chips as I asked if there were any snacks available as been on train since 6pm (which I declined) but was such a nice gesture. Props to the staff! A plastic bedroom floor is odd tho..."

"Excellent hotel, great location. Spacious room. Dog friendly. Only 1 thing still to be resolved, was I paid for the hotel,Parking and Pet separately with clear request for separate invoices, as I paid everything on arrival and make the request in advance before I arrived and at check in. yet when I checked out they had put everything onto one invoice. Apparently would have take time to resolve but I couldn’t wait. They said they would email-l it to me. But still not received and also reported...
