"Es gab bei Ankunft Unstimmigkeiten, da im Hotel nicht bekannt war, daß die Buchung bereits bezahlt war. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich dem aber sehr angenommen und konnte dies klären. Die Betten waren sehr gut! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis vom Frühstück passte auch."

"Excellent stay in the 2 bedroom garden flat. Accommodation deserves its high hotels.com rating. Parking was included through hotels.com but I would have been annoyed if asked to pay thei advertised fee per night where there's clearly sufficient parking for one car per apartment. "

"Lovely property in the middle of the city centre - and yet very calm and quiet. Room was excellent, with AC and space and nicely, easily decorated, ample power sockets placed in the correct place. . Breakfast is easy - buffet style and menu for hot items.. All very good - will stay again ."

"A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "The truest test of a review is would we stay there again? The answer to that is sadly a no. Nothing particularly wrong, just not really a good value all things considered in the end. The property is well positioned in the city for access to grocery, chain restaurants, coffee houses and the #8 bus. There is a busy street, particularly popular on weekends nearby. "Staff friendly and helpful on Check in , the rooms and bathrooms definitely need updating which didn’t include breakfast so was quite steep for one night . "Lovely old pub with a real fire. This put a smile on my face as soon as I walked in. Friendly staff, good drinks options, nice food - breakfast was excellent. "Clean room. Apart from the conditioner not being topped-up in the bathroom, everything was in place. Staff were polite and friendly at reception and at breakfast. The breakfast meal was well laid out. Plentiful and good variety. Location was close to station and very convenient for the city centre. I would recommend."
