"Beautiful hotel and garden, right on the river. Didn’t have breakfast but looked good. Rooms were like soho house! But - they don’t have a steamer to use (so struggled to steam my suit for the party i was attending) "

"We loved our stay at Rose and Crown! The staff were so friendly. Our room had so much character, and was bigger than we would have expected. It was quite comfortable and surprisingly quiet (we were there midweek on a slightly rainy day). We also ate at the pub and really enjoyed our meal. We would stay again!"

"Easy check in, spacious rooms with tv in bedroom and lounge, lovely large bathroom with deep bath and walk in shower. Great location however, be mindful that the road is closed as a pedestrian walkway from 0900 but this isn’t a problem as there are parking facilities close by and for me as a blue badge holder there were plenty of spaces close enough. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. "
