"Staff was great and moved us rooms after we told them our hot water was out and our phone didn’t work. The elevator stopped working after the 2nd floor. They didn’t have a notice on their site saying the pool was closed due to maintenance. We were here for a tournament."

"Basic amenities that should be standard are unfortunately lacking. For example, water is not consistently provided in the room, coffee is unavailable at night, and even soap seems to be heavily rationed. These are very basic things that guests should not have to ask for or worry about. The overall experience could be much better with more attention to these simple essentials."

"Please please please RUN!!!. I stopped because it was the closest one to my location and it was late at night. The parking lot was empty and that should have been my first reason to RUN OUT OF THERE!! I still gave it a try and it was HORRIBLE!!!
