Williamstown Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Bathroom was in difficult shape. There was no plug in the bathtub. It took 3 days but that was addressed. The toilet lid was broken. The water wasnt hot. Staff were heavy smokers. They didnt pick up after themselves leaving picks of butts on the parking lot. "

"The hot jets were broken and the pool area did not have access to towels- "

"The biggest problem was that most of the towels and linens had hair on them of some sort. Hair that was not mine. The towels in the bathroom were still wet from the laundry service. The shower barely worked. What saved the stay was the morning staff that I had. She was very sweet and caring. "

"The in room whirl pool was dirty. We did not use it. The pool down stairs had A LOT of hair and scum floating in the water. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot. The fridge in the room froze all of our stuff. Including our fresh veggies and fruit. The WiFi was spotty. I don’t think we will choose this property again. "
