Great amenities. Make sure you have a drink at the bar. Bartender Diogo will look after you. Great service and the best banter. Very welcoming and friendly and an asset to the hotel. "

"Parking is available for off-season, however I can only assume parking is a nightmare during high season. Beds are European twins, so small, don't expect larger. The room are heated, almost too well but you can really enjoy the fresh air by opening windows and balcony. The view is worth every cent."

"Just amazing. I was blown away by the great hospitality at this hotel. Also in awe of the view of the Eiger! First thing you see waking up and last thing before going to sleep. The connected restaurant is also really good. Ate there both nights of my stay. My only regret is that I didnt book this place for more days, but I guess that is just an excuse to returrn. Thanks!"

"The views are incredible. I would come again & highly recommend it, however I was unaware that the hotel & entire town are not accessible by car. One must park in the valley below ( Lauterbrunnen) and take a train up to the town. Parking is about 9 Euros a calendar day (so an overnight stay costs 18 Euros) and the train which leaves every 30 min costs 7.50 Euros p/p one way. The hotel is a walk uphill from the train station, but there is a hotel shuttle (another fact we were unaware of ) that is very welcome if you have a lot of luggage."
