"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

Hotel on both blue line and green line access very close to hotel. Will definitely book again in future!"

"We booked this hotel for a quick stay. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area including properties by the falls, but this was our first time at this hotel. The location is great - walking distance to many attractions and restaurants but it smelled, looked and felt old. The room was okay, but everything was very dated and basic. Cleanliness was questionable so I didn’t feel very comfortable but if you’re only staying 1-2 nights it is okay."

"The hotel is in a great location and there is a large car park (for a fee) which is convenient. However, it would have been nice to have been told in advance about the large ‘function’ being held during our stay which meant there was security everywhere and the restaurant was closed. The on site Starbucks also served me a dairy flat white, despite asking for oat milk three times and checking with them. There was only one working elevator out of three, and being on the 14th floor, stairs weren’t...

"Very disappointed!! Had my reservation booked online for our trip a week prior to my arrival. The check in is @4. Got there @7pm came from 5 hour drive. When we arrived to the hotel the receptions told us that this transaction was cancelled and we have no room for you tonight we are booked. Without calling or emailing us about this!!!!"

"It was good until the electricity went out. We kept being told it was coming back on after 15 hours we were told it wasn’t coming back on. We had to find a new hotel and walk to a new place. No efforts were made to accommodate us. Not a happy traveler"

"The room had dirt on the floor. Towels were dingy. No personal care amenities like shower gel or shampoo just small packets that are useless. Blow dryer didn’t work. Tv was not properly connected to internet so channels couldn’t be watched. Room is very dark. And you have to pay for parking - why?"
