"We spent three nights here. The staff was fabulous - Sabrina at the front desk and Alfredo with maintenance, both made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating and good options for breakfast. Also a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in town."

"Generally, things were just okay. We were in town for the California State Track and Field Championships. I was disappointed to discover that while there was a thermostat in the room it was not activated. The explanation was a bit confusing. Obviously we could not regulate the room temperature. Also, my coaching buddy was two doors down from us on the third floor and the room key would not work to his room. It turned into a real nightmare for him as ultimately a locksmith had to be called and a...

"Plugs in the bathroom did not work, none of them. Filthy room, stained (sweat hopefully) pillow cases. ac did not cool well, was 76 when ac was on full blast. There was mold in the fridge, stains on the walls. There was hot water, so i guess it gets a star. When anything was brought up they said maintenance would get to it in a few days, well, i was only there for a few days..... There seem to be a lot of good reviews on this place, which is why i gave it a shot. Must have been paid reviews!"
