"My expectations were definitely exceeded with this beautiful hotel. Front desk was very helpful and everything was clean and in order. The room was like a mini apartment and that was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend it to anyone and will stay again myself!"

"We spent three nights here. The staff was fabulous - Sabrina at the front desk and Alfredo with maintenance, both made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of seating and good options for breakfast. Also a great location, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. "Plugs in the bathroom did not work, none of them. Filthy room, stained (sweat hopefully) pillow cases. ac did not cool well, was 76 when ac was on full blast. There was mold in the fridge, stains on the walls. There was hot water, so i guess it gets a star. When anything was brought up they said maintenance would get to it in a few days, well, i was only there for a few days..... There seem to be a lot of good reviews on this place, which is why i gave it a shot. Must have been paid reviews!"

"We had a pleasant interaction with the staff, who were very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness fell short. The carpets were not well-cleaned, and the bed sheets were not secured properly. After rolling over, the sheets slipped off, exposing an unpleasant stain on the mattress."
