We stayed here to visit 3 Nat'l Parks so it was very convenient and we dop not need anything fancy. One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the floor. I walked around in socks and they became very filthy.

The pool was green out of order, staff was not welcoming i understand that i was checking in late but you have to talk thru a safety glass like your at the county hospital. the area around did not feel safe and not being able to walk into a lobby is not great. The room felt dingy and staff were not great upon check out. We had charges to our room upon arriving home and had to dispute with staff , it got ugly. They said we damaged there towels which we did not do. I would recomend taking video before and after using this place. The staff are unfair and unreasonable.
