"Breakfast was mediocre considering the price adder. Had to find utensils and napkins and lucky to have a salt and pepper shaker. Food presentation was sloppy. "

"Fabulous 4 night trip to Hayman. Just the most beautiful scenery and grounds and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed the excursions snorkeling and seeing Whitehaven Beach. We initially had a lagoon room which we didn’t love so we upgraded to a second floor room overlooking the pool. They were very accommodating. Used the gym and ate at all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the great acoustic guitar player each night. "

"The view was wonderful and the staff were helpful and friendly. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked with essentials for meals, if you choose to eat in. The apartment was a good size but we found the furnishings to be very uncomfortable. Both hubby and I struggled to sleep well, the bed was far too firm for our liking. "The buffet was amazing with all the variety of dishes. The bungalow was spacious and in a great location however we were awoken numerous times at night by some Bush Stone-curlews screaming! I was not familiar with these birds that sound like a woman screaming until I heard them. Outside our bungalow we had a nice view of some wallabies and birds. I can’t wait to return to Hamilton Island however I would plan to stay in the Reef hotel where hopefully it would be a bit quieter from the...
