Very over priced. Poor staff support and average attitudes. Food was really bad, especially the buffet. Could not even eat the bacon as so bad. It became a joke between our family and I over the 7 days at how bad the food was and how expensive it was as all we could do was laugh really as no other option. The rooms were ok but house keeping lacked big time. Left rubbish in the rooms, didn't vacuum the floor. The aircon was filthy and the extraction vent in ensuite was filthy handnt been cleaned for a few years it looked. We spent about 13K for flights and accomodation and then spent about another 3.5k just to eat and drink for the five of us on the island for the 7 nights. The beach was great. The underwater aquarium was great. The treetop walk was great. Lovers cove was great. Would not go back though and would not recommend to anyone unfortunately as the hotel experience itself was terrible.
