Great location. Cabin could use some maintenance and deep cleaning. Bathroom needed better cleaning and the couch in particular was not usable without blanket cover. Having kitchen was convenient, however some ant control is necessary.

Great trip

Great little place to stay had everything we needed. Close to all main attractions and facilities but far enough to be quiet and secluded. Cheap in price but quality standards soicould spend more money having fun.

Close enough to Airlie Beach itself with taxi fares reasonable. Also shuttle available if you join one of the eateries club. Garden bar restaurant at closest marina is absolutely stunning, great meals.

Even though the location wasn’t the greatest, near a busy road, we didn’t really get any nuisance from it. The bush village cabins were basic, but spacey and clean. Checking in went smoothly. As it is winter and it was a tad chilly, there was no heater hence we requested for blankets which the young lady at the reception brought along very quickly.

Quiet cabin in pretty, tropical setting

Spacious, clean cabin in quiet, pretty setting. The hosts were welcoming, very friendly and extremely helpful. Bush Village is close to the beach, the Turtle Boardwalk, Whitsunday Shopping Centre and more. It is also well situated for Airlie Beach and all that the beautiful region has to offer.

Solid stay

I stayed here twice and the units are clean, comfortable, and basic. My only note is that unit 17 seems to be next to some sort of machinery that runs intermittently, and shakes the entire unit at all hours of the day. I used earplugs and was able to sleep, but definitely a bit odd. Otherwise, this place is great - staff is friendly, there are laundry facilities, ample parking, + close to everything you need in town.

This property has a lot of potential. The concept is great, and the surroundings are beautiful. The main lodge and cabins are very dated, but with minimal investment, they could be much more enjoyable to stay. Overall, it is well run and the staff are friendly. The location is inconvenient if you don't have a car, and it can be dangerous trying to cross the main road to get to the harbour walking path because there is no crosswalk for pedestrians. Although we didn't use it, they have coin-operated laundry available. We sincerely appreciated that they held our luggage until our return from a multi-day sailing trip.

While the bedding was clearly brand new or cleaned to an exceptional standard, the proprerty itself was very dirty, spider webs and bugs within the place, the kettle was covered in limescale, and the wall plugs in the bathroom were hanging out and wires exposed right next to the bathroom sink - this is a safety hazard. Communication with staff was exceptional though - and they were very friendly.
