"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. "Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret."

"The property was filthy, didn’t see anyone to complain to we collected the key from a building across the road. I have never stayed anywhere so dirty it can’t have been cleaned for months, one window was screwed shut and it was really hot. I have taken photos, I had to buy wipes to wipe over the surfaces but I didn’t do the floors which were also filthy."
