"Our room was old and dirty. Bathroom had mold around the sink chalking, toilet was unsecured, carpet had numerous sticking stains throughout, walls and ceiling were poorly repaired."

"Our room was nice, and the blackout curtains did their job which is helpful! The coffee shop on-site is appreciated. There were some issues while we were there though. There was about a 10 person line to check in when we arrived. At night, we got locked out of our room. When we went to the lobby to seek assistance, one staffer didn’t look up or acknowledge us as we waited patiently for him to help us, and another hotel guest just walked right up to his counter space and got help before us. The staffer who assisted us with our key problem did walk up with us to fix our door and get us into our room which was helpful. I could hear every footstep of the guests in the room above us. The trash was overflowing at the cafe when we left to the point that there were drinks that had toppled out and spilled onto the floor."

"Some rooms air conditioning just barely work but other than that it was an alright place to stay for work. "

"Very pleased overall with the stay for what I paid. Had an issue with the television upon arrival but staff helped resolve the issue. Daughter enjoyed the pool. The included breakfast did its job and I was always able to eat something. Get there early though. They may benefit from another waffle maker. WiFi wasn’t great so ran off mobile data. I’d stay again and would recommend to friends and family."
