The staff were friendly and helpful checking in and checking out. Excellent included hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, oatmeal, muffins, etc. The hotel room could use some maintenance, but it was decent for the one night we stayed. There was some rusting on the towel shelf in the bathroom and one of the sprinklers in the ceiling in the TV area was coming down. Finally the room had that damp, moldy smell often found in many hotels. Overall it was a good stay for our travels through Greensboro. I would stay again.

We came from Michigan for a concert and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!

To be honest, this is my actual third time here at this hotel, and every time that I have been here, the staff is absolutely amazing and I’m talking from the front desk to the gentleman and the women that’s cleaning the rooms cleaning the floors cleaning the bathrooms everyone is such an excellent respectful group of people Everyone enjoys the breakfast so much. It’s always plenty for the only thing I’ve heard in reference to the breakfast if if that y’all could make it 1030 instead of 10 o’clock it helps a lot of people out, especially the outdoor who eat slow walk slow and is slow so that’s just a recommendation for me in reference to your seniors Your seniors would like to see you have the breakfast out a little later than 10 o’clock other than that, the rooms are one of my favorite, especially the ones with the senior bathrooms . I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and I appreciate everyone that you have working here. You really do have some good dedicated men and women that work at this one particular hotel five stars.
