We are very disappointed with our stay. Despite requesting daily room service, it was only provided once, which did not meet our expectations at all.
Additionally, safety is a major concern. The downtown area felt unsafe, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals around the property. It often seemed like they could enter the hotel whenever staff were not paying attention. There are no proper security measures in place—anyone can access the elevators, and the parking garage is completely open, allowing unrestricted entry.
We even experienced an incident that required police intervention, which made us feel even more uncomfortable and unsafe during our stay.
Considering the high room rates, we expected a much higher standard of service and security. To make matters worse, there is also an additional charge for parking, which feels unreasonable given the lack of safety and overall experience.To top it off the train pass every hour and the noise is a major issue.
