"Clean and efficient"

"Staff were friendly, room was much bigger than I expected. Got an end room 2 bedroom suite which was much larger than what I booked considering we were just a couple staying there. Having said that, the hotel looks like it could use some updating inside, the halls smelled strongly of cleaners when we arrived but most had dissipated by morning. Only complaint about the room was that the blinds were thin and didn’t blackout the light and the AC was quite loud, these issues may have been unique to the room we stayed in. All in all decent value"

"AC worked really well in the room which was nice after a day of traveling. I would come back and stay again. Breakfast selection was good too."

"Stayed over Christmas. The hotel was beautifully decorated. The atrium had lots of lights and Christmas trees. Guests were all decked out in Christmas PJ's to celebrate and enjoy their time. There staff was very friendly and helpful. They had entertainment inside the hotel and outside (Cirque and ICE) Convenient to nearby mall, General Jackson, Opry and easy ride to downtown via Uber. Waterslide park attached but we didn't use it. Lots of open space that could use more restaurants/bars in the hotel. Wonderful place to celebrate Christmas."

"The room was very clean. The ac kept the room nice and cold. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t have breakfast but I did see a lot of people eating if that means anything. I’ve stayed here a few times and never had any problems or complaints. "

"The front desk person took a minute to acknowledge me as they had an earbud in. The checkin took some time. He asked for cash as a deposit which made me uncomfortable. We ended up doing a credit card which is normal. The attendant did not tell me when checkout was, when breakfast started. I had to ask him about parking. The rooms were damp and there was hair in the bathtub. We did not receive WiFi information and were not able to connect to it. I will not stay here again."

"The registration staff, housekeeping and the woman that ran the kitchen were all patient, helpful and respectful. Responsive to our needs. The food was the best I've had at any hotel that includes it with the stay. If I would return to this area I would stay here again."
