My Place Hotel - Nashville East-I40/Lebanon, TN
10/10 Excellent
"We ended up unexpectedly stuck in Lebanon when our truck broke down and we needed a place to stay for the night until the dealership opened. The my place hotel was just the place for us. It was absolutely perfect. It was completely clean. Well lit well maintained the staff was lovely. I was traveling with my father who is blind with a guy dog, and they were more than welcoming to our service animal. I really loved the fact that there were full-size refrigerators and even a two little stove so that we didn’t have to worry about spending the big bucks at restaurants thank you so much and we will definitely be staying if we’re ever back in town."

"The rain for the lower grade on cleanliness were the floors in the room. No carpeting and when you walked in the floors and then looked at you socks, disgusting. And being very close to the interstate, kind of loud."

"The room is clean, it’s quiet and located right off the interstate. Being next to an interstate, that was surprising. There’s an abundance of restaurants, fast food and gas stations. Short trip from Nashville. The people and staff are quiet. The housekeepers and maintenance staff are incredibly efficient and kind. They do their job WELL and help wherever possible. Sincerely. My first check-in, I had a room where the air conditioner wasn’t working so well. They changed my room immediately and even made sure the new room was working. If you have a problem or a question, take it to management first. (Thank you, Tanya!!!) Things happen and they are more than willing to make things right. I’ve slept 8 hrs every night I stayed and that’s a record for me. I rarely sleep past 6 hours and I slept hard. Thank you for the downtime, the service, the kindness and the efficiency. Whether you’re here for a night or a week, I think you’ll be comfortable for a price that doesn’t break the bank. Kudos, guys."
Comfort Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

"There were only two drawbacks to this hotel: my fridge compressor kept making a loud noise every half hour (so I unplugged it), and there are freight trains that run late into the night nearby (you can hear the horns). Honestly, I got used to the trains pretty fast. The rest is very positive. The hotel and room were well maintained and clean, The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical American breakfast, so not a ton of variety, but I always found something I wanted and never walked away hungry. This is a car town, but even so, you can walk to the Walmart and some restaurants about 15 minutes away. Lots of eating options nearby, very convenient. Never had trouble parking at the hotel either."
