"We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived when David came out to the parking area and helped as to our room with our belongings. Property is beautiful inside with wonderful attention to detail. Room was spotless, comfortable and roomy as was the bathroom. Breakfast cooked by David was tasty and fresh with plenty of choices to suit all tastes. Would highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful in every way. "

"A very pleasant and convenient place to stay for train travellers. There is no elevator for the upper floor, but that didn’t affect me. The weather in April isn’t quite nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the patio and view, but it would be excellent in the warmer months."

"I arrived a bit early. Nobody wS there, save a sign and two phone numbers to call. I reached someone, and was asked to wait a few minutes. A bit later, i checked in. Bags were carried for me. and i was shown how the electric worked. A nice touch was the cooked to order complimentary breakfast the next morning. Save for those first few minutes, my stay was fine."

"Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast."

"The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. The manager and chef provided recommendations for places to visit by car. We enjoyed our stay here, part of a longer touring...
