"Cheap and cheerful, but very basic..Need to bring your own towel and soap [hand soap available] Taxi £8 to £10 into Perth but reasonable bus service. Would not like to stay more than one night but I'm very old. All right for the younger generation.."

Our room was fairly basic and a little shabby which we expected to be more polished for the price paid. The restaurants were good, particularly the breakfast, included in our rate, which had a good selection and was great value for money. The food at the Cairns restaurant for dinner was nice but the service was a bit disjointed. There was a lot of staff but still took a while...

"The acceptance of dogs everywhere was excellent when the weather was far too hot for them to be left in the car. Breakfast was delicious, even offered a sausage for the dogs, which I declined as think of their figures more than mine!!!"

"We had a really lovely 1-day stay at Leven House. The hotel itself is positioned really close to the town center, and has a really calm and lovely atmosphere about it. Our room was so clean and cozy, with PHENOMENAL shower pressure. The owner was so kind and chatty, the breakfast was tasty, and overall we just had a really nice time. Will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending to all of our family and friends."
