"Brownover Hall hotel is a beautiful and grand building. The rooms are nicely decorated and feel luxurious, but comfortable. The team at the hotel are friendly and welcoming and the restaurant is great too. You don't need to leave the place to have a lovely time, but there is a retail park nearby if you fancy some shopping. Highly recommended."

Helen, our check-in host, was friendly and helpful, accommodating our room requests without any fuss — though we did notice it was quite uncomfortable at the front desk during the heatwave, and would suggest management consider providing a fan for that area. The room itself was a good size and, although it lacked air conditioning, the provided electric fans made things very manageable. Breakfast was excellent and served by another friendly...

"Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice."

The whole hotel was taken over by ball unable to use communal areas .Bar overpriced 4.80 for pot of tea staff which gave one drink checking in nightmare felt like herd of cattle staff unhelpful miserable . Don’t stay here ."
