"Very clean and has fun nautical decor, in a great location on Warren Street. It was nice to have an electric fireplace in the room, but the instructions did not even include how to turn it on and off (and the hidden switch wasn’t intuitively obvious). The shower was very nice, but it would have been helpful to have more vanity space rather than the separate bathtub that probably rarely gets used. Also, there were no cups provided for use in the bathroom and we had to use one of the ceramic coffee mugs (wine glasses were the only other choice). The large municipal parking lot behind the building had plenty of spaces for hotel guests."

"WM Farmer & Sons was a great boutique hotel. Location is amazing! We stayed in the Mercer suite & I would highly recommend. Great amenities, bed was unbelievably comfortable, and quiet. The common areas and outdoor space were beautiful. I will look forward to staying at this property again. We were there on a Wednesday and unfortunately, the restaurant was closed. Staff were great before, during, and after our stay. Absolutely 5 STARS"

"I stayed at this hotel for an event. There were people in my party who did not have a great experience, but I was given a nice sized room and easy check in and did not have a single problem. The staff was really nice though not always at the desk."

"The hotel is beautifully restored 1800s house with several unique rooms. My room had big bay windows that looked on to the street. Bed was comfortable. Shower was big and luxurious. Breakfast snacks were provided. Very close to Warren St and lots of shops and restaurants. Parking lot in the back was very small, but there was always parking on the street, but having to know which side of the street to park on that evening was annoying and I did see some cars with tickets who parked on the wrong side for that day. The walls and floors were not sound proof, due to the age and historical nature of the house, not great for light sleepers, but I had no trouble sleeping. Would love to come back again and enjoy the pool in warmer months."

"It was our first time visiting Hudson, love the location of the stay however the parking was not as what it said on Expedia “included.” It was street site parking only. Thankfully it was weekday so we didn’t have any issue, but I could imagine the weekend crowds will be like."

"The owners were kind and helped with car transportation during our stay, and even picked us up in the middle of the night from a hotel who had given away our paid reservations. There were two weddings in Hudson, and we believe they gave them to the highest bidder. So we had to find a hotel outside of Hudson, and across the river, and no Uber driver wanted to go that far in the middle of the night. So the owners of the Peloke came across the river to get us, and continued to help with transportaion needs. They were incredibly accomodating and really over the top. If they had more resources they could run a first class hotel anywhere. The hotel has seen better days but the staff was phenomenal!"
