"Clean & comfortable - plenty of room - convenient "

"Upon arrival and checking in the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Arriving at the room ,which is very spacious, with all the necessary. Turning on the TV was a problem and the toilet seat had come adrift. Going back to report this ,it was actioned promptly. Flat batteries in remote and incorrect. Toilet seat secured but landed up coming off again. Need to change style of seat. Curtains require reclipping into hooks so that they can be opened and closed. Seafood restaurant only open Friday/Saturday which was disappointing as we were looking forward to having this for dinner. Not highlighted on website. Bar area has a good atmosphere but should get rid of broken stools and not be left to the side. Distracts from what could be an even better part of the hotel "

"Two bedroom apartments are good for a family with two kids. However, as in my case, I was required to sleep in one of the single beds that are always designed for children. Consequently, my feet hung over the end of the bed. This problem is quite common and could easily be resolved by installing king beds at little extra cost."

"We had 2 cabins with 9 people, we loved all treasure island had to offer, the kids had a blast in all the pools and activities, my sister wants to have her 40th birthday here because it has so many things for both adults and kids to do, it's central aswell and Woolies is just down the road, highly recommend staying here, it's clean and beautiful "

"The amenities were great. Loved the pool area. The room/suite was huge! The negatives were the queen bed was hard as a rock and moved really easily (like sitting down on it, moved it). "

"The room we booked looked nothing like the photos advertised. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a strong wet‑carpet smell that made the whole space feel damp and poorly maintained. The walls were noticeably dirty, with marks and stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The furniture was also very outdated. Overall, the room felt neglected and far below the standard you’d expect for the price. It was a disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. Don’t waste your money, this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed. "

Appreciate its casual dining but as a family of four ordering, with the arrival timing of different meals, different flow rate for guests, any additions required…. Every interaction involved leaving the table and standing in a long line at the bar. Disrupted a family meal quite a lot. "
