After receiving a meal he was not satisfied with (and declining a full refund that was quickly offered) the resident verbally abused staff for 10 minutes using racial slurs, calling them ‘peasants’ and ‘servants’, swearing, threatening them and smashing his hands and food on the counter. A member of our party stepped in to assist the two female staff and to protect the young children in our group who were clearly...

"Everything ok. Pleasant staff who went over and above to get us a takeaway breakfast. Shower needs attention -poor flow, no hot water. Wotif failed to process my payment so i had to pay again at the bnb."

"Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!"

"The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! "

"Excellent location within walking distance to the centre of town and across street from a good brew pub. The rooms were large and had a nice traditional heritage feel to them without being dowdy. Friendly staff. The restaurant is only open a few nights a week and was closed when I was there."

"Second time here this year and again had a great stay. Kids love the pool, playgrounds and breakfast."
