"Hotel has suites and everything was so well setup and comfortable. "

"The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them."

"The food was absolutely delicious!! However, some of the staff were rude, inconsiderate, and frankly didn’t seem to want to “deal with us.” On a positive note, one of the bartenders and receptionist were delightful to talk with and were patient, and respectful. Along with this, the cleanliness of the room was simply okay. There were stains on the bedding, no liners in the trash cans, and the floor had salt and stains marks on it as well. And when we tried to ask for housekeeping to clean it...

"The room was dusty and dirty especially the bathroom, Please be aware of noise at night! There is a nightclub across the street and you won’t be able to sleep at all. The staff are okay. Do not recommend to stay here. Please go to another Hotel. "

"The Hotel is kinda hidden so I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. It is getting renovated but the hallways aren't yet. Rooms were nice but we all had problems with there beds. Just couldn't get comfy. More lights around the building would probably do a lot of good cause it gets dark "

"Not quite sure why we had to pay for parking, most other hotels on our journey across the east coast did not require that. Not very clean. TV didn't work, when my daughter called to try to figure out how to fix it she was told it was broken and we'd have to change rooms. Why were we placed in a room with a broken tv? Best I can say, it was servicable."

"The staff told me to ask someone else to refill the coffee station in the lobby. Please don’t play ping pong for refilling the coffee. I am a customer, I am not responsible to ask around for coffee refilling. Just refill it please and be professional "

"Breakfast was mediocre, rooms looked like red roof, nothing compared to what’s advertised & obviously a high theft area. Cameras outside weren’t plugged in and no one was able to assist me"

"The TV didn't work, the wifi was in and out, property basic upkeep was deficient including plugs, lighting fixtures pulling from wall. The shouwer handle also pulled out from the fixture which a simple tightening of a set screw would have solved."

"Bed was clean and comfy. Front desk staff very friendly. The property is tucked away a bit, but still close to a grocery store and a coupe of restaurants."
