"Gym equipments were very old and stinky and receptionist was very rude and after 7:pm no one was available for you. even if you are stuck in any emergency or if you need any thing so keep in mind no one would be able for your help even after 7 reception or hotel lobby will be close"

"Beautiful spacious log cabin in the White Mountains. Close to some delicious restaurants. We loved the grounds and especially feeding the farm animals on-site. This truly such a nice relaxing getaway for us. Can't wait to come back!!"

The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist. "

"Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional. "

And we were told the problem would not be able to solved before we checked out. So we took shower in bathtub with dirty water clogged during our entire stay. "
