"The only real issue we ran into was that the address we originally had brought us next door, and since the service is very scarce out there - I just highly recommend you make sure you have the correct one programmed before you journey lol 😆. "We were so impressed with this property that we tried to add an extra day. Unfortunately they were booked solid. Hot tub was hot, no surprise. Pool was great. Impressed with unit kitchen, FULLY STOCKED with kitchen ware. Broom and vacuum in unit. Plenty of towels. Large living area and murphy bed which was great for our adult son who met us there for this visit."

"Plenty of towels and bedding. The two pools and multiple hot tubs, and sauna provided great after skiing entertainment. The shuttle didn't run for NH vacation week but it's an easy drive across street to mountain. The staff stayed on top of plowing and shoveling. The electric heat is a little erratic in the unit with the loft sometimes feeling like summer. Front desk is well staffed and ready to assist. "

"Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional. "

"Pictures do not clearly represent property. Very run down outside. Steep stairs everywhere so difficult to navigate. Only 1 full bath in basement. Some beds without pillows. "

"I woudo have given this property a 5 star rating except for some key factors. We arrived in the dark and the light in the hallway did not work, therefore we entered into a dark apt. There was a step down into the living room. 2 out of the 4 adults stumbled- 1 fell- almost landing into the stone hearth. A very dangerous situation. "This is a secret Hidaway. Don't judge a book by its cover. Very cozy, roomy cottage. We were a family of 4 and there was more than enough room. Communication was amazing and is what made our stay easy! Perfect distance to Mount Sunapee. "

"Two problems: couldn’t lock door when we left condo. And communication not good. We called when we arrived and again next am. Good thing the problem wasn’t that we couldn’t get in to condo! Apparently the person responsible called us the next day but due to spotty cell service in the area we did not get the message until third day we were there. To be fair, condo was in good condition, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom adequate, good supply of bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher too....

"The house was at a great location. It had plenty of bedrooms to choose from for the 6 of us. Plenty of space to lounge around. It also had a large kitchen table for the 6 of us to sit around to eat and play games."
