"First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel The pile of snow was horrible. "Not what we expected. The room the front desk gave us, was used and not as expected. The room looked as if someone used it before we came.It doesn’t look like what the photos shown on Expedia. And we were charged $100 for hold .For room we didn’t even stay in.Very bad customer service. I hope this helps anyone who is looking to stay at this property. Stay away."

"Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron."
