"Nice pool, killed a roach in my room, no fridge or microwave so all my stuff from Florida spoiled! Very disheartening. Beds very uncomfortable. I had to stay 4 days but being across from Weeki Wachee was the only plus side. TV was small. Nice counter top for getting ready and staff was really nice. Questionable neighbors. "At first the customer service seemed very good. We got to the room and it had a dirty bathroom floor, garbage on the floor behind the bathroom door, needed a extra blanket for my granddaughter's crib to help her be more comfortable and was told that they did not know where they were but would try to provide a stained blanket when other staff came in. Because it was for a baby they were concerned that it would get stained so they would only provide one already stained. I ended up canceling my stay after a couple hours. "
