"The room was great, but I didn't get housekeeping during my stay and the housekeeping staff that I shared an elevator was very unprofessional."

"Our first room we checked into was not clean. There was hair from shaving in the bathroom sink, some kind of food or snot in it also. The shower still had a used bar of soap in it. The pull out bed/couch had stains on it and some kind of residue. After going to front desk with our concerns they did get us another room that was clean. The breakfast has gone down hill incredibly from our last stay. Pricey hotel in the area not the most impressive anymore."

"We had a wonderful time here, there’s two restaurants in the building. Every day at 5/5:30pm they make a toast at the bar to the city, they give you a drink token at check in for this. Wonderful atmosphere. They have live music in the lounges sometimes so ask about that for your stay!
We were surprised that during our entire stay, our room was not looked in on, no refresh of towels or robes, or toilet paper, no refills on the other amenities such as water or clean glassware to use.

"Saint Kate fell significantly short of what we expected from an approximately $860 2-night stay at a 4-star hotel.
The most serious issue was discovering that the bed had visibly soiled linens upon check-in, which my child unknowingly slept in overnight. We arrived at night & only noticed the sheets the next day in better lighting
When I raised the linen issue, I was told, “I’m not going to bother my GM who just had their first grandkid over a sheet,” among other comments. Given that this...
