"Extremely inefficient concierge / mail services... I was expecting some orders that were sent to the hotel, and it took 2 days to have them in my possession. Twice a day I'd stop by the reception to ask for it, the answer was always to go to the concierge but "coincidently" there was never anyone at the concierge desk and the answer was always that the package was on a different mail room, even after the first day when I was told that a message would be sent to bring it to the main mail room at the concierge. Glad it wasn't an emergency and I was staying multiple days at the hotel, otherwise it would have been impossible to get it. And of course I was charged for it, even when one of the "packages" was almost the same size as an envelope... when I was told that you'd only charge for big boxes."
