"Rude staff, old and dirty hotel"

"I had no major complaints my stay was nice except my room was close to the pool and it got a little noisy in the hallway in the mornings when the pool opened otherwise everything else was good. "

"the day of arrival ew were assigned a room that mell really bad complaint and nothing was done until the next day we were put and another room that was what we expected in the first place and nothing was offered for the inconviniance"

"The room was dirty when I checked in, the sheets had wholes as well as the blankets, the walls had blood stains, the curtains were broken, the splash pad said it was open on the website and it was closed in the property. The counter tops and floor were full of trash even after room service. The gym had a broken fan on the floor and all the machines were full of dust and grime on top and on the floor, just to name a few things. This was supposed to be a 3 star hotel and I feel cheated and deceived. "
