"It was very small the photos were deceiving."

"The breakfast was delicious with bagel & gourmet cream cheese and freshly bold coffee. The pillows & laundry dryers was my only complaint. We dried simple thin t’s for an hour and it was not dry yet. The pillows in the room needed updating but other that, the location and staffs were excellent "

"The lake and mountain views were worth the price alone. The Ryokan itself is very beautiful and traditional, the tatami and sliding paper doors made it feel like we had gone back in time. The onsen is nice and note that it is for separate male and female, so if you want to share the experience with family or partner you may not be able to. The restaurant was great with good service and meal options. The staff were so attentive and looked after us well. Small criticism was the room had a few...

A real highlight was the onsen on the 29th floor — such a relaxing bonus with great views. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again."

"A sweet little apartment! It was conveniently located with easy access to Shibuya by train. The apartment was almost new, very quiet and had its own washing machine! Check-in was super easy. We would highly recommend this place! "
