"Not the place to stay at if you want peace and quiet. Very noisy people at this hotel, slamming doors, talking super loud, going in and out their rooms, kids running in the hallway. We were placed next to a side entrance/exit and you can hear the clicking of the door early morning."

"I purchased the executive suite for my sister and her husband's 2nd year wedding anniversary. Water was backed up in the tub, light bulbs were missing and their microwave wasn't in the room. May not sound like much but I was very upset because I wanted their experience to be a great one. On the bright side they took really nice pictures in the lobby. The historical hotel is a landmark for Memphis and I hate giving this type of review but I paid a lot of money only to be disappointed.😞"

"Room was ok but pillows were horrible, all were soft and when we requested a slightly firmer we were told all are exactly the same. No one said a word to us in the morning despite seeing several staff members in both the breakfast area and as we were leaving."

"Our room was great. The only issue we had was the battery went dead on our door and the people had to basically break in so that we could get into our room but other than that the breakfast was great. The accommodations were great no issues whatsoever."

"I won't be able to stay there again only because the mattress on the bed was so hard, and not at all what I am used to at at Fairfield. Everything else was fine, but we did not sleep well there at all."
